Savouring A Turkish Delight In Istanbul

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Turkish city of Istanbul. It’s the only city in the world which straddles two continents – Europe and Asia – which creates a tantalising mix of cultures.

It’s great for shopping too – whether it be in the aromatic Spice Market, the hagglers dream that is the Grand Bazaar or the upmarket shops of Nisantasi.

I also had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Shangri-La Bosphorus, on the shores of the Bosphorus Strait.
