So February is over and I’m still managing to post a photo a day on Instagram for #project366.
It was an odd month but I’m pleased to say I managed to keep up the habit of posting a daily picture, which was one of my new year resolutions.
This month has seen quite a few circles, some more graffiti and a fair amount of food – both of my and others’ making.
Spring has truly sprung, albeit somewhat early, so flowers and the Yorkshire landscape feature heavily. This included a day trip to Beverley and a walk around its stunning gothic minster.
Landscapes and skyscapes
The low sun and clear skies have also provided for some photographic fun with landscapes and skyscapes. Reflections in water are always good to play around with too.
More unusual offerings from February include a Jeremy Corbyn colouring book, a Lego dog and a Chinese dragon.
But the photo that is most important to me is the one of my engagement ring. I have tiny, tiny hands and I had to get it resized to something that is so small most people can’t get it beyond the first knuckle on their little finger.
I am slowly but surely getting used to wearing it now and enjoy its sparkle.
